Evaluation Process

The evaluation is conducted by the WURBP Jury, composed of distinguished experts and scholars from multidisciplinary fields such as architecture, urban planning, transportation, economics, social science, and culture. The process includes the following stages:

Submission
Applicants must submit their materials online within the specified timeframe.
Preliminary Review
After the submission deadline, the Secretariat will review all applications for eligibility and compliance.
Shortlisting (Secondary Evaluation)
The Jury will evaluate and shortlist qualified applications.
Final Evaluation
The Jury will conduct a final evaluation of the shortlisted practices, provide assessment reports, and recommend selected practices.
Confirmation of Selected Practices
The Organizing Committee will finalize and announce the selected practices, taking into account the Jury’s recommendations and relevant internal and external feedback.
